Ok, so I’ve jumped onto another social media bandwagon… Twitter! I know what took me so long. Well I got some good news – I am starting to make money with twitter!

I joined up a few months, well more like a year or so ago. I originally did it because I saw the value in it for networking my gym.

More recently the light bulb went off (largely due to the great training at www.mlmmoneymakersecrets.com). I have begun a 90 day challenge that the mentor there have to help grow your network marketing business.

So to date I’m on week 3 and these guys are killing it with great content and strategies to help me grow my network marketing business. So far they have covered a lot about twitter – but that’s not how I’m making money with it.

You know there’s only one regret I have about my business on the internet.

If I could start out fresh the first thing I would do to market my online business is posting articles online. I love paid marketing strategies like EZINE ADVERTISING and Pay-Per-Click Advertising, but the problem with all those strategies is that if you STOP paying for the ads, your web traffic comes to a halt.

Now, how would you like to put out an “advertisement” ONCE and get traffic from that ONE advertisement” for years to come?

That is the incredible power and leverage of CONTENT MARKETING or “article marketing”.

This is a four step system that I highly recommend if you want to dramatically increase the amount of traffic you get to your site;

Step 1

Purchase article submitter!

Article Submitter is the best article submission tool I have ever seen. This little tool can automatically submit your article(s) to hundreds (I think 300) article submission sites all with one click of a button!!!

Now if you know anything about Google and getting ranked in your search engines, than you know that if you submitted 300 pieces of the exact same content, it would actually hurt you. Google actually hates duplicate content and until now if you wanted to submit as many as 300 articles to different submission sites you had to revise the article 300 times to make it unique in its own way. That’s what I used to do…

Until I found this incredible tool – I now can paste my original article into my article submitter software and re-create sentences (maybe 3 or 4 times) and then the software will spin the article over and over again so your original article now appears like a totally different article.

Step 2

Start writing articles and post them on your blog!

Take your original article and post up on your website or blog, then use a bookmark tool like onlywire (which will automatically bookmark your article to 30 different social networking sites) and submit your link.

Step 3

Open up your article submitter tool and paste original article into note pad. Now start recreating your sentences and words to make a new article. Next, in the signature box include a link back to the original article (on your Blog). Then go and spin the article 10 or so times, and finally submit the article in the job submitter tool.

Step 4 (advanced step for serious traffic getters only)

 The advancement of internet technology may be the best thing since sliced bread, when trying to grow your home based business

The Old School marketing strategies of cold calling leads are dead… The need to pick up the phone or knock on some strangers’ door may no-longer be necessary thanks to web 2.0 and what is called attraction marketing. 

First what is web 2.0?

“Web 2.0” is the web development and web design that facilitates information sharing, user-centered websites – Examples of Web 2.0 include web-based communities like facebook and other social networking sites, blogs, web applications, and video-sharing sites. Web 2.0 sites allow users to interact with other users or even change web content, in contrast to non-interactive websites where users are limited to the passive viewing of information that is provided to them.

Why is this beneficial for you home based business?

When you position yourself on the web as an expert network marketer and when you utilize web 2.0, you can actually attract people to come to you begging for help and information on how to grow their home based business. And when you utilize web 2.0 tools like blogging, rss feed, and social bookmarking, it becomes easy to get you (YOUR BRAND) out there.

So what is Attraction Marketing?

2.)    Quality content – the catch to the above is that you have to put up quality content that people want to read… You literally have less than 5 seconds to get who ever found your website’s attention, so you better have good headlines to blog posts. And once you do have their attention, you need to provide useful tools and info that people want, need, and are looking for. By doing so you will position yourself as a quality resource resulting in you visitors wanting to buy from you

3.)    Set up accounts with Social networking websites like facebook and twitter. Again the search engines love these types of sites, so if you get yourself set up on these sites and post keyword rich info that is useful – it will make it easier for people to find you on the net.

There you have it, now you have some good insight on what web 2.0 is as well as attraction marketing. Now all you have to do is get yourself set up with a blog and listed on some social media sites, and start posting some good content.  Then people will be hunting you down for more info which will result in more leads which result in more sales

The MLM Company Advocare has been in operation for about 15 years or so, and they are a strong and ever-growing company. This Advocare, a network marketing company boasts 70 products that cater towards health and nutrition via supplementation.

Today I’m going to cover a few things about the products, then go over the business opportunity Advocare provides to people seeking a home based business

First let’s explore the products and see if they are quality driven and worth entertaining the idea of promoting them to others;
Advocare Products – They offer 5 main product lines and they are as follows;
1. Trim – Nutritional products that aid in weight reduction and curbs hunger

2. Active – Boosts energy levels, re-hydrates and keeps you active. Advocare Spark is one of the Active products and it’s promoted by some well known sportsmen

3. Well – This is a bouquet of Advocare supplements that keep the body healthy, well nourished and fit.

4. Performance Elite – Targeted at sports persons, this range of products nourish the body to aid muscle gain and promote a faster rate of muscle recovery.

Now for the Business opportunity;

- The Company has a pretty solid compensation plan which offers you a variety of ways to get paid

Possible objections or criticism of the Company overall;

So customers are unsure about how beneficial these products are really – As with most supplement companies, data and scientific research is hardly there – However, being a health and fitness guy myself I can attest to the medical advisory board. These medical professionals are serious and won’t promote a product that doesn’t work

3. Advocare supplements have been found to have secondary responses when used for many years.

4. Many clients are not pleased when they are coerced to join the business as a rep.

5. The only mean of online marketing is through a replicated website

Overall review of  Advocare – Is it worth it?

The advantages of being an Advocare rep is, you get the products at a retail price and the opportunity to sell retail for a 40% profit. You can make a lot of money with Advocare as many people already have over the years. However, there are some issues with their business build strategies. Even though the company offers basic training to reps, they teach you only to do this the traditional way, by chasing family and friend around trying to get them to buy product or to become a distributor. They don’t teach you how to take your business online which is a must in the MLM game today, especially after you exhaust that list of family and friends.

So overall, I’d say Advocare has potential for anyone looking to start a MLM business, and if you want to really get off to the right start I highly recommend taking the Advocare online right out of the gate… In Advocare, you’ve got the advantage of promoting products that have a high level of demand. Perry Marshall the “Wizard of Google Ad Words” just put up a great blog about The Tactical Triangle…

The blog post and this “Tactical Triangle is mainly about how web traffic, conversions, and economics are all inter-related with the 80/20 rule being the center bridging everything together.

Here is a brief intro to the blog;

The Triangle says: In order to sell something, you have to get Traffic; then you have to Convert the traffic; and Economics means you have to make some money on what you sell – which is why you went into business in the first place.

When you make a profit, you re-invest it by getting more Traffic, and Converting the traffic, and further improving your Economics. And so it goes, clockwise in a circle. It’s a spiral of never ending traffic, conversion, and economics.

That’s the essence of marketing. It describes every human relationship and every transaction. You can apply it to romance or volunteering for the Peace Corps or trading favors with your fishing buddies. Today we’re going to focus on sales and marketing use it to develop a Grand Theory of Everything.
